Click here to view our rates. Self-pay discounts are available, as are bundled savings! A credit card is required at time of booking in order to hold the appointment, but we also accept cash, check, flexible spending accounts (FSA), health savings accounts (HSA), and Care Credit, which offers low interest or deferred interest/no interest options to cover the cost of services. Click here to learn more about Care Credit and to see if you qualify (with no impact to your credit). Self-pay fees are due at time of visit, while insurance fees are generally collected within the week.

Insurance & Payment

We currently accept Aetna, Cigna, MODA, Optum, Premera BCBS, and United Healthcare insurance plans, with TriWest and Medicaid coming soon!

Please don’t let finances decide your future happiness and health! We are happy to discuss payment plans, as well.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged 50% of the session or, if you have a package, your session may be forfeited. Rescheduling is an option!
