Click here to view our rates. Self-pay discounts are available, as are bundled savings! A credit card is required at time of booking in order to hold the appointment, but we also accept cash, check, flexible spending accounts (FSA), health savings accounts (HSA), and Care Credit, which offers low interest or deferred interest/no interest options to cover the cost of services. Insurance & Payment

We are pleased to accept TriCare, MODA, Premera BCBS, Cigna, Aetna, Optum, and United Healthcare, with Medicaid and Medicare coming soon! We bill for services provided in the appointment per contractual agreement with your insurance provider.

Please don’t let finances decide your future happiness and health! We are glad to discuss payment plans, as well.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged 50% of the session or, if you have a package, your session may be forfeited. Rescheduling is an option!
